 Genesis Magazine's 'PORN'S HOT 100' Ready to Set Newstands On Fire!Tera Patrick tops the 9th annual list of this year's hottest adult film stars (PARAMUS, NJ) - GENESIS Magazine, "the Home of Porn's Hottest Stars," is set to release their ninth annual edition of their "Porn's Hot 100" issue. The August issue of the magazine contains the free supplement that ranks the 100 hottest stars in the adult industry. The list is one of the highlights of the year for both stars and fans, and this issue is historically one of the top-selling issues of the year for popular men's magazine. The "Porn's Hot 100" is compiled with the help of the magazine's editorial staff, various members of the adult community, and select readers and fans. Rankings are determined considering a variety of factors such as her overall popularity, exposure, body of work, accolades, and accomplishments on and off screen, how hot her career is. In a nutshell, it's a barometer of how hot she has been over the past year. The stars on this year's "Porn's Hot 100" were picked from a master list of over 450 adult film actresses, and after all was said and done, Tera Patrick was selected as the top star for 2007. "Tera had a huge year in and out of adult," said Dan Davis, Editor-in-Chief of GENESIS. "Between her best-selling movies like Reign of Tera 2, Teradise Island and in-Tera-active, her appearances on tv shows like 'Supergroup,' movie cameo in Blades of Glory, landing on the cover of FHM, and all of her media coverage no matter what the medium, this truly was the year of Tera." This is the third time Tera has landed the number one position. She was named to the top spot in 2004 and 2005, and was named "Best Newcummer" by the mag in 2001. The top ten (in order) also features Wicked Pictures star Stormy Daniels, Digital Playground star Jesse Jane, Adam & Eve star Carmen Luvana, SexZ Pictures star Hillary Scott, 2006 winner Jenna Jameson, Jenna Haze, 'Vivid Girl' Savanna Samson, Digital Playground's Teagan Presley and newcomer Sasha Grey. "I'm honored once again to be recognized by the 'porn star bible' in this way," Tera said about being chosen. "It really means a lot to me to be selected for this honor.
