AVN Adult Entertainment Expo 2007Learn How to Build, Grow an Adult Business at ENCINO, CALIFORNIA (November 13, 2006) … Retailers who attend the 2007 AVN Adult Entertainment Expo will learn how to build and expand their business in adult products at seminars to be conducted in conjunction with the Expo, which will take place January 10-13, 2007 at the Sands Expo Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. This session will explore the fundamental models for adult retailing and is geared to those who are new to the profitable world of adult products. Topics will include product selection, hours of operation, P.O.S. systems, marketing, and advertising. “Add to My Cart – Secrets to Success of Online Retailing” – Wednesday, January 10, from 3:30-5:00 p.m. Shopping online has become as common as going to the mall. Whether a retailer is looking to launch an Internet-only business or operates a brick-and-mortar store and wants to add a web presence, there are basic practices to help ensure success. Participants will learn how to build and expand an Internet-based business for the sale and rental of adult product from such successful companies as hotmovies.com, wantedlist.com, and YNOT. “Schmoozing with a Purpose: Studio/Retailer Roundtables” – Thursday, January 11, from 3:30-5:00 p.m. These casual sessions allow retailers and studio representatives to explore common issues and exchange productive and rewarding concepts and solutions. Some of the adult studios participating in this session include Adam & Eve, Evil Angel, Vivid, and Wicked Pictures. The AVN Adult Entertainment Expo is a unique tradeshow experience.
